How do i change the auto tranny fluid and what type to use??

My van is a 95 hilux pickup with the 2l-te engine and has an auto box.
Is their a procedure that i need to carry out to change the oil in the tranny and what parts do i need?
On the tranny dipstick there is written Dexron 2, i tought that auto tranny's used Dexron 3.

Look on the technical sticky it will tell you everythin....Basic Dexron II ATF is fine but has been succeeded by Dexron III. Drain through the plug underneath and fill back through the dipstick I believe...better check on this !
