Looks like i'll be needin a new cylinder head

Was ordering stuff and see Milners do them,are they any good????????

I know the other stuff they do are good quality but i know some heads differ,

Think i'll be giving Stevo a call then. Just had garage on phone and they say its the gasket or head. Which i thought.
Is there variable damage that can be done,do i get the whole lot or a bare head,whats best??? Will i pay more in labour to transfer parts to a bare head etc. Whats more cost efective??????????????
Also what is the length of time and average cost of the work??????
