  • Oil leak!

Can anybody tell me what this pipe is for? The big grey thing in the left hand corner is the oil filter to try and give a perspective on the photo. It only leaks after a run once the engine is up to temp. Is this common, and is it normally just fixed by replacing the clip with a jubilee one? If I take the pipe off, will all my engine oil pee out all over the road?

    Cheers

Hi mate, its the oil return from the turbo bearing. Try a jubilee clip, sometimes the pipe goes hard and splits. You might have to change it.

Indeed I do, if an AA tow truck turns up on your doorstep with a burgundy surf on the back again, you know I f*cked it up!!!

On another note, have you got the recon injectors in yet? How's your stock looking on heated fuel cats aswell?
