noise from front wheel

i have noticed a noise from my o/s front wheel, i think its only on full lock, it sounds like the wheel is rubbing and crunching on something. it makes the the surf sound like an old dump truck. i remember seeing a string on here and it said something about greasing something can anyone shed any light

its probabally your steering stops if you do a search there are some pics of where they are
