How to fit standard rear shocks?

My truck failed its MOT on leaking rear shocks, so i got a couple of second hand ones from TonyN (because planning a lift so don't want to fork out for new ones for short time fix!). Can anyone tell me how to set them up? i.e what position the adjuster should be in to the position of the servo. Does it turn fully clockwise or what???

Swapped mine for ES9000 today so i only know how to take them off.
They will only fit on one of two ways it doesnt matter but the drivers side is a BUGGA.
