Taking a litre of water a day...

OK - Previous threads detail overheating problem which SEEMS to have been sorted (airlock) except as i was told to keep checking the rad levels, I have been topping up with a litre a day! This isnt normal surely, I know im being paranoid but Im thinking of going into therapy as Im sure my heads gone/going and if it aint am just really waiting for it to happen!!!

Does anyone know of a reputable place to take it for work/confirmation its gonna cost me in Devon?!

Sounds odd to me, might be worth speaking to your local garage and getting the system pressure tested.

hi m8 have you checked for leaks ie hoses if no leaks you need to get it pressure tested will tell you for def if the heads gone how far from newton abbot are you ? theres a good garage at totnes i used to fit a new head on my truck if you need a hand give me a shout i do most of the work myself

Also, check radiator for leaks / splits and pin holes. Check when engine is hot as they will show up better
