Rear tailgate??

Hello, im a newbie surfer and i dont seem to be able to open my tailgate, i get the spare wheel out of the way then run the window down with the key and then i dont seem to be able to unlock it. I feel like a right prat and after alot of debating got on here to ask your help, any suggestions would be much appreciated as i wanna get my mountain bike in there 2moz. Cheers, James

have you pulled the button up b4 trying to open it

The button doesnt seem to want to move, shud i leave the key in the back door? or anything?

make sure the window is all the way down or you wont unlock it.once the window is open fully you can take the keys out

Just tried it, lock still didnt want to budge, with all the other doors locked/unlocked. Im baffled.

just tried mine too and its a bit tight to lift, have you opened the rear window with the button on the centre consol to see if the lock will unlock and then try the handle inside the tailgate
