Hi all, help please
Lately my speedo has taken to only working occasionally with no rhyme or reason when it works and when it doesn't!! Sometimes it works for ages and then stops, other times it just doesn't work at all (In fact for the last tank of fuel the trip meter reckoned I had done 92 miles, instead of 300!!)
On startup if it isn't working the O/D light flashes.
I have tried cleaning the contacts on the gearbox unit but the head unit is rather difficult to get at.!
Is it the sender unit on the gearbox at fault? If so, where can I get a replacement?
