head for Dorset

Does anyone know of a mechanic/garage that can replace the head on my 2.4 ssr 1990 hilux surf that lives in Dorset as Stevo is a long way to go , I may have to resort to having head changed as i can't sort out why my surf is using water, I have replaced rad cap, thermo, taken out air in system, no leaks underneath, it has overheated twice, need to sort it out as its becoming dull
there must be someone nearer?? please
