Need Help Job for some one?

HI I have had my surf off the road now for 11months

Its been away at a so called mechanics for 3 months who hasn't even lifted the bonnet

the head gasket has blown and I have no time to sort this my self, I am in manchester would any one be interested in taking this job on or even taking the car off my hands
