glow plug change

anyone got a good guide to changing glow plugs as i dont have a manual and cant fing one on search, am meant to do it tomorrow. Can anyone help or e-mail me a guide.

remove intake, both parts, then you can get to the busbar, its bolted to each glowplug and through an insulator to the intake manifold, then remove the glowplugs, you need a 12mm deep socket.

Its easy, apart from... some trucks have plastic nuts on the glowplug terminals, sometimes these spin off the brass threaded bit as you unscrew them, undo these gently and carefully as if you are left with the little brass bit its a bugger to get them off as there isn't much room.
