Problems with rear passenger windows

can anyone advise me of a way of preventing both my rear passenger windows from completely seizing. At the moment they both start opening fine but then really struggle when they gey half way. I terrified of opening them then not being able to close them. Is there any way of servicing them or will i have to get new motors.

Its more than likely dirty runners as they tend not to get used a lot.
Take off door card and clean the runners, I use a silicone spray to clean them, spray on a cloth and push it in with a small screw driver to clean themm do the runners behind the card and above. Then a light spray when cleaned keeps them nice and free.
