Auto Sump Gasket
a while ago i was asking if anyone had or could get a sump gasket for auto2446 td 91.... had no replies so today i thoght sod it ill make one out of gasket paper... the reason why i had no replies is there aint one there in first place!!! took me about two hours in total to take sump pan off flush filter and pan and clean everything up properly i did cheat by cutting the exhaust up then welding it back up cos couldnt get pan down after had disconnected front propshaft!! i used wurth super rtv it did me proud today i can tell ya welding covered in six litres of auto fluid in this heat was a downer!! also solved white smoke and stuttering on start up two glow plugs had packed up had to be last ones i checked too... used ngk ones from local indie factor where £5 each.... overall not a bad day ... maybe ill tackle the split outer cv gaiter tomo lol cheers
