Gearbox and/or clutch

Howdy Guys,

I've just realised sometimes, especially when in 3rd or 4th gear, the gear stick comes out of gear. I mean, it's like you'd put it in neutral... Doesn't happen very often but it's quite annoying not to mention dangerous...

Any ideas, ... anyone.... pleeease!

pops out o gear

at the base of the gearstick itself is a two piece disc sometimes this breaks up and pops car out of gear.. very easy to replace liftboot of gearstick up remove 4 bolts slide smaller inner boot up and out of the way twist gearstick and pop out....you will now see the two part disk normally half black and half blue... the blue and the black bits can separate over time....pick out as if a game of ' operation' regrease and install new slide disk...
