Tow Bar where does the spare go?

After recieving some very good responses about using my 2.4 2nd gen to tow a caravan I have took the plunge and bought a caravan, once the towbar is fiited where does the spare go?
Also is it true my surf might overheat and to over come this I should fit a UK spec radiator for a Toyota surf pick up?

it wont be a problem usually, as its a 4x4 you will have a beam across the back of the Surf that is then bolted up onto the chassis rails.
if your cooling system is working correctly and your rad is clean you should have no overheating worries.

If you visit the basement you'll see the caravan that Marky has been towing for a while with his 2.4, and that looks massive.

Myself I've been towing with the girl for nearly three years, and only had the problem this easter, which I think was started when the stat jammed last year weakening the head.

My spare is underneath the body, resting just behind the towbar rail, and can be accessed quite easily if needed.
