  • turbo oil leak

I put my turbo back on to find it is leaking oil from the oil pipe flange on the bottom of the turbo. There is a metal gasket, should there be any other seals ie rubber rings????

Hi, I had the same problem with mine recently and I think it's just 1 metal gasket - Stevo in Stockport did mine.

It was stevo that done my new head when he done it he advised me to do the turbo so iv just got round to it, I think ill need to order a turbo gasket set and see how that goes. I like the truck it looks good is that 33” tyres???

        Hi Jason,
When you have replaced the metal gasket that will almost certainly stop the oil leak. it's just awkward fitting it !!

The tyres on my Truck are 32" but I intend to fit 33" when they are next replaced but I think they might just catch at the front near the mud flap so I intend to raise it another 1" - 1 1/2" by adjusting the torsion bar and the rear by the same fitting spring spacers as it's already got a 4" lift.
