Bus Bar - Glow Plug Fuse

Still blowing my glow plug fuse.

Found a thread to check the bus bar is setup correctly by checking the washers etc, but question is, where is the busbar? Any pics so I can see what to check.

I have had my head in engine bay and cant see coloured washers to identify the bus bar.

Also, the glowplug nearest to the front of the car seems to have an oil coloured substance on top of it and runs over the top of a rubber pipe. Should I be concerned?

You have 4 glowplugs and the bar bolts to intake manifold at the centre of this.Between second and third glowplug.
