  • bad grinding when I turn full lock

For some reason when I turn into a parking space, do a 3 point turn or just turn sharply there is this bad grinding like noise coming from the wheels no matter if I'm turning left or right. I have just bought the car so any advice would be very much appreciated.

They seem to have forgotten to ask if you have MT tyres on, these can make a sound like that, especially if they are too blumin big!

Anyway, that is what is causing the noise on mine!

not a grinding noise... MT's make a humming noise that increases with speed and more of a banging noise as they tear chunks from the arches and bumper

the management should stick a pile of sound files on here somewhere of all the nasty noises surfs can make and how expensive they are to fix....'its a sort of grindy screechy rattley noise....' can be hard to track down
