Valve cover gasket shims

So my new toy is leaking out the top from around most of the bolts. Either they were tightened too much or the gaskets shot either way it needs replacing. I've read on here that there are something like 10 gasket shims that prevent it from getting crushed and I'm assuming that mine currently does not have these shims installed. Of not where could I source these locally in Canada? Or even a part number would go a long way!

its a 1990 2.4 TD surf and I absolutely love her so any help is appreciated
