Has she been airborne and had a pancake landing, which has left the axles banana shaped? or are all the specialists I have taken it to dI**ckheads?
I am really tempted to take it to the local Toyota dealers.I think in general that normal tyre monkeys don't know what they're doing.

cheers guys. I was feeling a bit !!!!!! minded when I posted that comment.
I am getting a very slight clunk when there is a ripple on the road surface. It's the sort that you would ignore on a Ford.I lifted the beast up on a trolley jack so that the front wheels were hanging, checked for play in the wheel bearings and had a mate move the steering from one lock to the other. We repeated all the above checks with the wheels on the ground, so that all the steering compnents were under load and still found no play. I'm thinking of seeing if I can convert my laser level into a homebrew tracking guage.
