Newbie Surf Owner

Hi all
I have been reading this forum for a while now and last night took the plunge and bought a surf.
Trouble is, have I done the right thing?
I have a 92 2.4 td auto, the head is new as is the rad, it has been upgraded to a higher spec? The brake discs and drums are new as are all pads, new tyres and it has done 108 000 kms. Now with all this new kit on it, is it now destined to be bullet proof or is this a sign that things go wrong all the time? Or am I worrying for nothing? all replies will be appreciated.

agree if its had a new head then you should be smiling all the way, service it look after it and it will do you proud.
