    Inside the gearbox????

Seriously though you'll have to come up with the transmission code, found on the plate in the engine bay. I spoke to a fella tonite who knows nothing about it either but he does have a manual with details covering the A343F auto box.

There you have it, let us know.

Right, here goes. This info is from a Landcruiser Colorado manual which had a 1kzte engine and an A343F auto box.

On the passenger side of the box (I'm talking right hand drive, call it drivers side for left hand drive) there are the following items, starting from the front of the box going towards the rear....

1st item: Neutral start switch (its a plug with 5 or 6 wires?)

          2nd item: Lockup solenoid valve

          3rd item: No.2 solenoid valve

          4th item: No.1 solenoid valve

5th item: Speed sensor (no.2 speed sensor, near transfer case)

6th item: Speed sensor No.1 (on transfer case)

The above was taken from a diagram, hope it helps.
