Surf on Rosary Road,Norwich

I was walking on Rosary road,in Norwich, around 2pm when I've seen coming a surf from Riverside road. It look identical with my husbands surf and I start to wave my hand to make him to stop to collect me. After I start to wave I realize it wasn't
him and I end up to scratch my head,so as not to look silly
I wonder if is someone from forum as is exactly like our truck.
