So the money you forked out on the 3rd gen could have been spent on the 1st gen, thus keeping a classic on the road?
Priority is get the new floors fitted in the house and the new kitchen and then maybe a few other things . Then finish my Lotus I started rebuilding 20 years ago , then I will look at the 1st Gen project . I have the Chevy engine sitting on a trolley with its gearbox waiting to be persuaded into the engine bay . Full fibreglass panel kit from USA to get , and 12" bob off the back . So Cosmo may see the road in , say, 30 years .

30 years.it wont be a classic then. more of an antique.
