1993 Hilux Surf Wiring Diagrams??

I'm in the US with a recently imported RHD Japanese made Hilux Surf. Model KZN130W-GKPQT. With 1KZ-TE engine. Was running but now will not start. Appears to be an electrical problem.
I've literally searched the world via Internet for 2 Toyota wiring manuals that seem to be relevant. EWD140F and EWD194F. Neither are available in the US.
Can anyone tell me where I can buy these two manuals?

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue, ran great with no symptoms, then parked overnight, tried to start it the next morning and it just cranked, wouldn't fire. I've tried everything: replaced the CPS, relays, speed sensor on the pump, got the ecu tested. Still won't fire. I am suspecting the spil valve but it reads 1.9 ohms and it clicks when 12v is applied. Even with starter fluid it wont start. So it must be something electrical immobilizing it. What I have noticed is that if I take a line off of the IP outlet and prime the pump, no fuel comes out of the outlet. Traced the flow back from the filter to the pump inlet and everything is fine there. So I suspected the SCV is either stuck, the filter potentially plugged (I do get a weak squirt of fuel if I crack an injector and crank) or the timing somehow got thrown off. One potential related issue was that, when running, it would intermittently not shut down the engine if I turned off the ignition. I traced that back to the turbo timer which i removed. Been chasing my tail with this since november.
