KZN130 Running like a bag of Spanner’s.

Hey, I have A 1995 Gen 2 Surf with the the 1KZ-TE, it take about 10 seconds of turning to start from cold and once running it’s Smokes like a train and runs pretty rough. Once it’s warmed up it runs a bit better, but not perfectly and still smokes, and it idles a bit low too.
I have replaced the Injectors, fuel filter and the primer pump. Any Ideas on what to try next
