Hi sort of new...

Hi guys I'm an old member of the Surf forum from donkeys years ago but have forgotten my password and have a new email address etc so can't log in!
Is there any way to retrieve my old details?
The forum won't let me use my old username so it does recognise me but won't send a password reminder.
Any help gratefully received.
