Just listening now. What a !!! that environmentalist is. He starts off by immediately bringing Jeremy Clarksons manhood in question. Way to bring people on side.

I really wish I'd heard it - apparently Clarkson called the environmentalist a !!! - and then someone messaged in to say that was totally wrong - she had two and at least they were useful

My Mum, who lives in Buckinghamshire, says that they have closed The Ridgeway to motor vehicles. I have had a look on the GLASS site and there is nothing as yet. Anyone heard?

I have just found the Friends Of The Ridgeway site. Bring me a bucket! They keep recycling the same picture of a part of the trail that is widened to about 60ft and deep with mud. This was allegedly caused by a farmer who was trying to make, "his," bit of the Ridgeway inaccessable.

                Cheers Trev.

I was listening to local radio the other day and there is a guy who is trying to head off the anti's by claiming disabled right of access. He is a wheelchair user and landy owner, who says that the only way he can enjoy the trails is by having access by motor vehicle.
I suppose it would be seen as opportunism if some public spirited off roaders were to volunteer to take some disabled folk on a trailling day out!
