What is Ken Livingstone and his anti four wheel drive campaigners (they appear to want to ban or put a surcharge on the use of 4wd vehicles) going to make of the forthcoming Lexus RX400h, which is powered by a development of the low emissions hybrid power train fitted to the Toyota Prius which is exempt fom the Congestion Charge?

it's impossible to ban 4x4's or tax them more... who does more damege? 1.0 suzuki or a 1.8 mondeo??... have to have something aginst the 4x4 sports wars too!... can you see them banning on engine size? all the rolls royce, BMWs banned from london...
mind you, i've never been to london in mine so don't know what i'm worrying about!...
