  • Bit cheaky again but what the heck

Being as I'm going to be getting an LC soon and the fact that there aren't a lot of sites outside of the US with good forums (www.tlocuk.co.uk is just getting up and running) that are dedicated to the LC - plus the US ones concentrate on the Petrol versions because they hevn't generally got the Diesel ones out there, I've built a website for LC owners - got similar things to here, just looks quite a bit different.

Anyone want to have a look, please feel free, also anyone on here who has an LC might want to join up.

There is nothing on it at the moment so it will be a bit quiet, however all things have to start somewhere.

All LC owners are welcome whatever age of LC you have.

Plus putting the link on here might help get it listed by the web crawlers as this site gets quite a lot of hits from them - told you I was a bit cheaky.

    Anyway the site is at

    www.landcruiser-rocks.co.uk

Thanks and see you there. Oh by the way I'm not leaving here either.

    Cheers

      Thanks Jenny.

Didn't take as much time to build as this one - there again it's an off the shelf package so it's not as flexible for the layout. I still am pretty pleased with it though.

      Cheers

You earned the right to be cheeky when you built this website. Respect!

You'll have to give me a tutorial one day. I've been trying for 5 years on and off to build a website, but it just seems to have dissappeared everytime I go back to it.
              It's only a hobby!

No problem, if you get any one of the free packages that are around you can build a really funky one relatively easily. Most difficult is getting a decent webserver provider with good amount of space for a reasonable price.

                Cheers

Brilliant Andy, well done and Good Luck!

I couldnt find much a while back when I was researching the BJ40 and gleaned most from the LC section @ YT, so I'll join up and logging in often.

BTW, this has been my desktop background ever since Elvz posted the pic:

Thanks Jim, the more the merrier. I'd love a 40 series however I think my wife would probably kill me, they aren't the plushest motors inside - that said they make one heck of an off roader.

                    Cheers
