  • Lexus V8 into.....

    A Celica GT4?

Would it fit? I want an interesting V8 project once the workshop is clear after the weekend.

Either that or any V8 into something different....

Just a thought and it wouldn't take up much room in your workshop

That is truly bizarre...it's like a road going golf buggy, or some mad car a kid would draw.

What about those import 4x4's I hear they are quite popular, I think they are a Toyota as well.
        Something like a Surf?

If I put one into a 131, the engine would need to be fixed into a harness to stop it from falling out since the engine bays nearly all rot away don't they, along with the rest of the car.

          What about an Austin Princess?

There is a picture in one of my build threads, maybe the jimmny build? That has a picture of an sj with the quad can fitted, now that would be a challenge and a great toy to own.

Fiat 131 some structural corosion might be present.

Austin princess would certainly fit the something different criteria.
Mescaline is also a bit different.

I think I would be scouring eBay for a muscle car rolling chassis.
              Or maybe a bmw
              or a ls200

Yup, and its already been done, into an ST185.

It's been put into MR2s too, both transverse and longitudinally.
                  More Lift.
                  More Tyres.
                  More Engine.
