  • Tech Weekends

A while back we used to have Tech Weekends, - thanks Mark for reminding me what they were called. However, the idea was we descend upon someone's place with a truck or two that wants a body lift, new suspension, snorkel fitted etc. so these can be done with support and supervision of others.

If there is any appetite to do this again, I am more than happy to offer our place to do them. We have ample parking, plenty or room for tents, and a nice workshop, some tools, a transmission jack and a 4.2 T two post lift too.

So, if this is something those of you out there with trucks that want a mod or two like the sound of, then update this thread to say where you would be coming from, and what you want doing, so we can also get some others over who can lend a hand.

If you fancy a spot of fishing while you're here (and we haven't got a match on) then you are welcome to bring some tackle along too.

I always assumed the loud rumblings I heard from Salisbury Plain were artillery rounds.
