3 mtrs of delrin,now here,along with some ali.

s/steel washers and zinc plated nylocs here,also.

just finishing off some hub-centric wheel spacers for my mechanic's track car,and a few other bits and bobs, then i'll get on to it.

should have 4 sets to you before end of month,all being well,mate

the good news is that through work ,i can get polyacetal (delrin) for £30 per meter +vat (65 dia) or polyamide (nylatron) for slightly more at £43 per meter.but i think looking at the spec's its a bit overkill for this purpose!
much better than i thought,the delrin price.only pence more than the ali.
funnily enough though, nylon 66 (not suitable,really) comes in a range of colours,even hi-viz green and pink

just want to make sure i get it right first time. i could end up with a lot of scrap and swarf,otherwise. you said you have used this UHMW kit on many occasions.
i notice they use 60 dia instead of 50 dia to 'avoid punching through the mounts'
its little things like that, details that could make all the difference.

I also re-use the big thick washers from the old body bolts, under the heads of the new bolts.
