It makes life easier, milk tastes different in different areas/countries.

And when you have your coffee made for you, you don't have the bother of them putting too much or too little milk in it.

You will soon get used to it.

The different areas bit is probably the reason, I think I can blame the yanks or rather their half n half that got me on the white coffee track.
But hey lets blame them anyway.
