Namely
Coffee whitener.
I know !! I can't believe it hasn't been covered.

Here is the problem, my coffee in my insulated mug is fine, stays drinkable for about 2 hours.
When lunch time rolls by my flask, which is made at the same time, has a piping hot coffee/curdle mixture.
It is normal coffee not that cat poo stuff.
If I make my coffee with milk by lunch time it is cold.
Was hoping that amongst our throng here might be someone with an idea or with someone with hopefully helpful suggestions?

Try making the coffee in the flask black, adding whitener as required.

Make your coffee as normal with milk then give it a quick microwave so it's back to boiling before adding to the flask.

I had lumpy coffee the other day in my flask, I though it was just some dodgy milk going off.

The weird thing is my coffee didnt use to curdle, so I don't know if its the acidity level in the new coffee ( Nescafe Azera ) or the new whitener but I am sure there was a crossover from the old coffee/new coffee to the old whitener/new whitener....

Fair comment, would have to agree, but it's not really helpful, and poofs are as deserving of help as any other surfer, no discrimination here.

So coffee in the flask, small bottle of milk carried separately. Keep away from that stupid powdered baby formula that you are calling whitener. That's just beyond gay.
