Anyone got a sensible answer for this one.
Just got out of hospital after several weeks stay to find a letter from
Surete.. Dire.. ( you can fill in the blanks )telling me that due to operational changes with their panel of insurers they now cannot cover my 3litre 2nd gen???????? Anybody else had such a letter??????
Yet their letter to me also points out that they have just taken over a firm called Capita, and they assure me that Capita will be more than happy to give me a quote.If its the same firm then why do I need to change.
I then receive another letter informing me that my N.C.D. is now 2 years,yet they tell me 3 over the phone whereas my insurance statement and schedule that were issued to me by Sureterm,and if I am not mistaken form the basis of a legal document, both state 9 years N.C.D..
As per usual they asked for proof of the 9 years ,so now I have to go to the trouble of finding the letter from my previous insurers telling me of my 9 years N.C.D. so I can send them a copy to confirm what they told me 3 years ago.
