It's rather interesting when you look into 'student' protests - one of my sons went to the march in London when Millbank was invaded and happened to be there when they got in ... Immediately prior to the incident a group people in their 50's were encouraging the marchers to sit in the road telling them that the Police couldn't touch them for it (Totally wrong !) and then encouraged them to break into Millbank - there were also a significant number of other younger 'students' that appeared to be closely associated with the instigators.

It reminded me of my time in the Workers Revolutionary Party when the older, largely middle class, socialists manipulated the young idealists into doing all manner of things in the name of socialism. Fortunately as I grew up the rose tinted glasses became clearer

According to various polls there is more support in England than scotland for independence. Dunno why, and tbh Im easy either way.

The way I see it, anyone English who doesn't want (or at least accept) Scottish independence is proving that the Scots have something we want and, hence, are right to seek independence.

As always, I'm still holding on for English independence or at least some level of self-governance, but we're not going to get that until Scotland, Wales and Norther Ireland have left the union and people realise what's left.

Anyway, back to the point. Farage is a ####. Even if you strip away all the political debate, the essential point is that he is a ####.
