Just sold the Surf and I was really sad to see it go. But I wouldn't have sold it if I hadn't needed to. I had to come down on the price a fair bit in the end to match the offers. Thought it would be worth a bit more with it being such a good example but there you go. Still be lingering on the forum, though. If I can find a good excuse to get another at some point, I will.

In case anyone's interested and to give you an idea of what kind of money a Surf like that goes for at the moment (if you saw the ad in the "For Sale" section), it went for £3250.

That's good to hear, thanks Bogus. As long as I got a fair price, that's all I was ever after. The sale didn't include the dog-guard, by the way

My hiluxsurf.co.uk stickers weren't included either. Never got round to stickin' 'em on. He did get a 6 month warranty for the engine and transmission, though.
