And before anyone jumps on my back about this post it is just my true experience of dealing with them and Barry's bad customer service . I even had other forum members send messages saying they had a similar experience .

What part was it out of interest?

Just bought a rad from them. I don't think I would stop using them until I had a bad experience myself.

It's was a uj for the prop . The grease gun wouldn't fit on it and he told me it wasn't a design fault and I needed to take an angle grinder to the end of my greasegun if I want it to fit ... Then when I took the whole prop to the specialist I now use they asked me why I'd fitted such a cheap poor quality part to it in the first place lol.
I wouldn't have minded if roughtrax had even been interested in looking qt the faulty part , but they weren't and Barry's own words on the phone to me were " well I've fitted hundreds of these to trucks and never had one fail , so you've obviously fitted it wrong"
Up to that point id been happy with roughtrax but with an attitude like that I just go elsewhere now.
