How far will a Surf go?

Whilst greenlaning at the weekend, I managed to lean my Surf over past the 30° that the tilt gauge thingy (I want to call it a tiltometer, but I'm sure that's not right!) goes up to. Which made me wonder....

...how far can a Surf (assuming all standard, no lift, etc) lean over sideways before it falls over?

I dont know about the angle but its a lot. but I do know that they pivot well ?
