A guy offered me 2 grand for mine, I still didn't want to sell it.
In the end he is giving me 2 grand and I keep the wheels and tyres ( for the missus's pick up)
For a bog standard 2nd gen I can't turn it down.
I fancy a 3rd gen now.

That sounds like a good idea vince.

You never hear of people saying they are glad to be rid of a surf, well maybe the ones that buy a lemon that keeps breaking down.

For those of us that sold a mint truck in perfect working order to go buy something else "BMW" thinking its a good idea need beating with a big fat stick.
