Do you think Weather Forecasters have been told they need to compete with people like Davina F'ckall for dramatic effect?

So far the met office have said people in South Wales need to 'TAKE ACTION'. What action exactly? Board the windows? Load the shotgun? It's snow, not WW3!

And on our local weather, "the temperature has dropped like a stone" yes, according to my weather station, it's dropped a whole 1.5C in the last 4 hours from 1C to -0.5C. So that's a tiny stone, dropped a few inches then.

This unbelievably bad weather better had be after all this hype! If I wake up tomorrow and I'm not snowed in, I'm going to look to Stacey Solomon for my weather forecasts in future, they'll be less dramatic.
