  • Arsing !!!!!! lights.

    Arse, asre, bollocking ARSE!

    I've left my lights on.

At least I'm pretty sure I have, which is a bit of an issue since the car is in a French airport car park, and I've flown over to the UK until Wednesday.

I've got two batteries in the Surf, so does anyone know whether the one powering the lights is seperate to the one controlling ignition?

Otherwise, I'll need to invest in some jump leads while I'm over here.

    Cheers,
    t

Yep, if its the original Toyota twin battery set-up you're out of luck, both are in parallel, no seperate circuits for starter etc.
I know the airports here offer a jump-start service at €10 a go, its a common enough occurance to have cars parked in the airport with flat batterys, perhaps a similar service will be available there???
