      All the above tried tonight and no difference. Did have a play around with 4w4 while out. can tell you all lights come on when button pressed in h2/h4, when switched off lights go out. while driving in h2/h4 i pulled lever strate into 4L and light come on without pressing button. then stopped selected neutral and selected L2,started to roll back was on slight decline, so selected L on gears and started moving forwards slowly . i do think some of the 4x4 is working.
