Has anyone had any experience with Japs Of Birmingham I used 24/7 spares to locate a alernator and its the biggest regret of owning this car so far.

I ordered Wednesday with a promised Friday delivery. Have called them 10 times and been given tracking numbers that dont exist and today took the biscuit when they have said it will be with us tomorrow.

So sick of being fobbed off. I am hoping it arrives tomorrow and if it doesnt i will be demanding a refund.

Someone please tell me this is a glitch and they are usually a good company.
