A man carrying a samurai sword was later helped by the same police officer, accross a busy road after being mistaken for a blind man.

The officer has in the past arrested a deaf man thought to be a cyborg as he had apparently got an integrated earpiece, and also detained a dumb person considered as a dangerous international non english speaking terrorist as when he was asked his name he didn't reply

Personally I'd be far more concerned about there being armed coppers on the streets that can't tell the difference between a white stick and a samurai sword ...
