just need to get my self a 80mm hole drill thing.
could you take a picture of the engine bay, mainly the inner wing please
i didnt have an 80mm holesaw so i did it the manual labour way of drilling loads of holes with a big drill bit then snipping the holes into one big hole , finally i used a file to smooth it all off to 1 nice big 80mm round hole.
it takes longer to do it this way but does the same job in the end (plus the only 80mm holesaw i could find was almost £40
the inner wing doesnt need to be as neat as the 2 alloy pieces cover it all up nicely when fitted

I've just bought a new Starrett 86mm hole saw for £15 from an industrial tools suppliers. I already had an arbor.
