Tinted windows standard?

I've just bought a '94 3L SSR-X (KZN-130) which has (quite heavily) tinted rear passenger and cargo space windows.

My previous Surf was a 2.4 and whilst it had a heavy tint on the cargo space windows, the rear passenger ones were untinted.

I need to replace the quarterlight on one of the rear doors, mail order purchase, and I wondered if this level of tint was usual to the 3L, or just on some variants; i.e do I need to be specific as to what model it comes from?

A minor green/gold tint is standard, anything darker is aftermarket and can be peeled back off (with a lot of patience) the glue is the pig to get off so that's time consuming. I found it easier to take the glass out, then remove the tint indoors as it was more comfortable...
