Will they fit?

Hello everyone,

I was looking for some wheels and tyres for my 3rd gen and was wondering if these will fit?

These tyres are 265 75 16, I cant find many tyres that are 265 70 16, the tyres on my original 3rd gen wheels are 245 70 16 and look too small.
What size do people normally have on their 3rd gens?

Standard size is 265.

I have 285 tyres on mine with no lift no problems, although I do have a winch bumper so I don't know if they would rub on full lock with a standard bumper.


The tyres in that Ebay link will fit your truck no worries.

My wheels are ruined, all pitted and flaking.

I have been looking for some second hand wheels and tyres for a week now with no luck, people have some odd sized tyres on their wheels,
mine are only 245 70 16 and look stupid as there is a big gap between the tyres and the arches!

The width might be fine, but the profile may not be. Im running 265/75/16 on mine and get a touch on the front of the arch on fullish lock. Others on here have reported no problem at all and Im sure others have had to "fettle" the front arch. They will fit but depending on load and how tired your suspension is they may well scuff at your arches and if its bad some fettling might be needed
