  • Started rear Bumper mods.

As I had some 3" Stainless tube off cuts I thought I would see how they looked as a rear 1/4 replacement. One end cut at 22 degrees and capped off and the other end a 90 degree tigged on, welds sanded and polished. Its not the way I intended to go go but I am fairly pleased with how it looks. Not to sure which way to go below ? I may do the same again only take it in closer to the chassis, or I may even fabricate a Stainless plate to infill. At this stage I have left the back bumper on as its in good condition, but have the option of removing it and weld tubes onto the other end of the 90's.

Looks very nice, it seems to go with the original step, nice job
Too young to die and too old to give a toss

      Hi ..
Just come across your post about the rear bumper. Just taken all mine off and looking to do something similar. How did you get on with putting the bar all the way round..?
